Manage subscription

If you have purchased your subscription directly via the app using Google Pay, Google is your end seller. This means that your payment goes directly to Google and, unfortunately, we have little insight into your order and payment data for data protection reasons.

However, you can manage & cancel your subscription easily & uncomplicated directly via the Google PlayStore.

Cancel your Google subscription - here's how:

1. 1. Open the Google PlayStore app on the smartphone
   2. Click on the letter (usually the letter of your first name) in the coloured circle in the top right-hand corner - the menu will then open.
   3. Click on "Payments and subscriptions
      Click on "Subscriptions
   4. Here you will now find a list of all the subscriptions you have and can take out via Google.
   5. Click on "Look at the countryside" - now you can manage the payments and also cancel the subscription.
   6. After cancellation, the subscription and your access to the app will expire automatically after 365 days.
