Declaration of consent

The projects I have published on the platform Schau aufs Land Photos/images made available may be

  • on the website of Schau aufs Land
  • on the Schau-aufs-Land social media channels
  • in an app
  • in a print edition
  • in the press

be published.

I am either the author of the photos or have obtained the consent of the author to publish the photos.

I give my consent to the publication/duplication of the photos in which I am depicted on the above-mentioned media.

The persons depicted in the photos have given their consent to the publication/copying of the photos in the above-mentioned media. (1)

If the author of the respective photo(s) would like to be named, please ask for Sending the title of the image, the name of the author and, if applicable, a link with a website reference.

The processing of data/images at Schau aufs Land is carried out in accordance with the principles of lawfulness of the processing of personal data pursuant to Art. 6 DSGVO.

Information about the existing rights regarding information, correction, deletion, restriction and objection:
  1. You are entitled at any time to Schau aufs Land to request and receive comprehensive information about the data stored about you.
  2. You can request the correction, deletion and restriction of individual personal data at any time.
