About your Dashboard where you can manage your farm profile, it is now also possible to add additional contact persons in the "Contact/arrival" tab.

What are contact persons?

Contact persons allow your guests to reach you directly via the app.
You can create several contact persons (e.g. for different family members or contact persons) and specify for each person when and how they would like to be contacted.

How does it work for your guests?

Guests will see contact buttons on your farm profile for the contact types you have activated:

  • 📞 Call - Phone call
  • 💬 SMS - Text message
  • 📱 WhatsApp - WhatsApp message
  • ✉️ E-mail - Send e-mail

If a guest clicks on a button, a selection of your available contact persons for this contact type opens. The guest selects the appropriate person and is forwarded directly to the corresponding app.

Add contact person

  1. Enter basic data: Name, telephone numbers and e-mail address
  2. Select contact times: When would you like to be contacted? (e.g. "In the evening", "At any time")
  3. Activate contact types: What contact options do you offer?
    • Phone/SMS require a phone number
    • WhatsApp requires a mobile phone number
    • E-mail requires an e-mail address

Practical tips

  • The Müller family: Create a contact person "Family Müller" if all family members should be reachable.
  • Various times: Father available during the day, son in the evening - create separate contact persons.
  • Use notes: Add important information (e.g. "Also speak English").
  • Select specific contact types: Only activate the contact options that you really want to use.

The contact person function makes it easy for your guests to reach you, while you retain full control over your availability.
