Is there a cancellation period for my subscription?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

No, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Of course, the membership is then valid until the end of the term.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

How can I manage my subscription?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Here you can manage your subscription directly via your payment provider:<\/p>\n

What do the symbols mean?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

You can simply click on each symbol for about two seconds, then you will see what this symbol means underneath.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

How do the filters work?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The funnel symbol on the right-hand side of the search window takes you to the filters. There you can simply select your filters by clicking on them. The filters are activated via the \u201eShow companies\u201c button at the bottom.<\/p>\n

In the filters, you can reset all filters using the arrow symbol at the top right. Then click on the \u201eShow companies\u201c button at the bottom to return to the map\/list.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

How can I add and display favourites?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Click on the heart at the top right of the business window to add a business to your favourites list. The green filter symbol shows your favourites.<\/p>\n

Use the heart on the far right of the search bar to display your favourites on the map or in the list. You can also search or filter within your favourites.<\/p>\n

To remove a business from your favourites list, simply click on the green heart again. The filling will then become transparent again.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

How can I edit my data (e-mail, password, etc.)?<\/h4>\n

You can access your profile via the menu (bottom right in the app, the three dots at the top right on the web). You can make changes to your data there. Click on \u201eSave profile\u201c at the bottom to save changes. Important: To change your e-mail address or password, you must also enter your current password. It is not possible to change your email address and password at the same time.<\/p>\n

\n\t\tGeneral questions\n\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Am I obliged to buy their products from the farms?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Morally, yes: the concept thrives on the fact that people are interested in the products of the farms and thank them for the pitch by buying regionally.<\/p>\n

So show your appreciation for the hospitality with a purchase or a small donation.<\/p>\n

In addition to the free parking space, you get sustainable food produced with love and an insight into where it actually comes from - a win-win situation.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Are there certain rules to follow?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

We have created for all our members a\u00a0Code of Conduct<\/a> written. There we have summarised all the important rules. We ask you to observe and respect them.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Why is Tyrol so empty?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

In Tyrol, unfortunately, the strict camping law stands in our way and fundamentally prohibits any camping outside of campsites - thus also the concept behind Look at the countryside.<\/em><\/p>\n

The only possibility is for the business to get an exemption from its municipality, which unfortunately is not that easy.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Is it also possible to use the site with a caravan?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Yes, almost all of our partner businesses also offer pitches for caravans! You can find more detailed information on whether and what type of \u201emotorhome\u201c can be accommodated at the establishments directly on the information page of our participating establishments.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Do I have to be self-sufficient with my motorhome\/caravan?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

In order to have the opportunity to visit all participating businesses, we recommend a self-sufficient motorhome - this includes at least a toilet and fresh water with a waste water tank on board.<\/p>\n

However, many of our participating establishments also offer the option of using a toilet or shower on site. With the help of our filters (e.g. \u201eusable without WC on board\u201c, \u201etent\u201c, etc.) you can search for establishments that also welcome non-self-sufficient travellers.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Are tents also allowed?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Yes, far more than half of the hosts also offer you a place for your tent. However, as access to a toilet must be possible in any case, the possibility of an overnight stay with a tent depends on the infrastructure and the consent of the respective establishment.<\/p>\n

Can I book or reserve my stay?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

It is not possible to make a reservation or booking with us. Visits to our partner companies take place after prior contact and agreement with them. Usually 1-2 days before arrival. More precise requests are determined by the respective establishment itself.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Can I stay longer than 24 hours?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Unfortunately no, due to legal conditions you cannot stay longer than 24 hours at the same company. But you are welcome to visit the company as often as you like within the framework of your membership!<\/p>\n

However, this also ensures that the seats are not all permanently occupied and that you can be sure to find a free seat for yourself on your trip.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Do the farms also have camping infrastructure?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Basically, our concept does not include a range of services. The farms offer a simple space on their property.<\/p>\n

But many of our participating businesses also voluntarily offer services such as toilet, shower, access to fresh water, electricity or WLAN. In most cases, a small fee of a few euros is charged for these services. Whether and which services are offered can be seen directly on the information page of the respective farm.<\/p>\n

Please bear in mind, however, that you are on a farm and not on a campsite, and therefore such services are really only a purely voluntary additional offer.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Are dogs welcome?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Dogs are also welcome at many of our participating establishments. Nevertheless, we ask you to always announce this in advance and to ask whether there are certain rules to be observed. You can also find out whether dogs are welcome at the establishments directly on the information page of our participating establishments.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Can I also visit the pitches with a roof tent?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Absolutely! What is more important for an unrestricted visit to all establishments is whether you are self-sufficient with your own toilet and fresh water incl. closed waste water tank.<\/p>\n

However, some of our participating establishments also offer the possibility to use a toilet or shower on site. At these establishments it is also possible to visit without a toilet. With the help of symbols you will immediately recognise on the information page of our establishments which additional offers are available there.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

How much contact do I have with the host?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Please note and respect that our farmers are often very busy, especially during the peak season. Therefore, depending on the size of the farm and the workload, personal contact can vary from a short friendly greeting to a personal farm tour.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

What about local\/curtail tax?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

In most of the federal provinces, no tax is payable due to the fact that it is free of charge. Only in Salzburg and Vorarlberg is it payable. In Salzburg (1.50 to 2.00\u20ac) directly at the businesses and in Vorarlberg (1.60 to 2.70\u20ac) at the respective municipality.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Can I empty my grey and black water during operation?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

This is not possible at our participating businesses. We kindly ask you not to use the toilets of the participating establishments for this purpose. Soon you will find a list of service stations in Austria on our platform. We ask you to use these for disposal.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

What criteria do you use to select your participating companies?<\/h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Sustainability is a priority for us. Therefore, everyone who integrates the topic of sustainability into their business is welcome. We have developed our own catalogue of criteria for this, which participating businesses must agree to when they register. However, a specific certification is not necessary.<\/p>\n
